help for large animals in small zoos

last weekend I went to Washington Park Zoo in Michigan City, The Kodiak Bears were living in a small cramped concrete enclosesure, they (2) walked around in small circles for hours, there were no trees to shade them from the hot sun or vegitation of any kind, tears streaming down my face for these beautiful animals, Then I seen The American Bald Eagles in a cage to small to open their wings, their nests are larger than where they were living, I thought the Eagles stood for our country's Freedom? Help to free Eagles and large animals from small zoos.
