CNN violated a major speech law by knowingly and maliciously defaming other democratic candidates. CNN has defamed Bernie Sanders by reporting that it was Hillary Who Won and not Bernie. right after the debate was over CNN had a poll asking Facebook users to weigh in and vote who won the debate, and an overwhelming majority, 75 percent said that Bernie Won, with only 18 percent saying that Hillary won, with single digits for the other candidates. Bernie Sanders had a 57 percent lead over Hillary! On other major issues such as foreign policy and economic issues he also had an overwhelming majority over Clinton and the other candidates.
despite that, CNN the next day published this article titled Democratic debate winners and losers and it identified Hillary as the clear winner despite clear and concise evidence showing the contrary.
I did some digging and found the likely reason why CNN favored Hillary over Bernie and that's because of CNN being owned by Time Warner Cable/Turner Broadcasting Company, which is one of the largest contributors to Hillary Clinton, with the biggest contributors being Citigroup on top followed by Goldman Sachs.
