Another atrosity has happened YET again !! A beautiful 50-60 year old elephant was killed by a hunter who had paid £40,000, BUT Elephants are on the endangered list, governments must put an end to such tragedies !! these beautiful creatures are being slain even though they are supposed to be a protected species..WE NEED THIS TO STOP !
This elephant was known to be one of the largest elephants in a national park in Zimbabwe.
The elephant’s 122-pound tusks were so big they dragged along the ground as he walked, until he was shot dead on October 8.
Elephants are endangered and this should not be allowed by any means, please help me in telling the government of Zimbabwe to end all elephant hunting !!
We need to be their voice and make change happen !
Dear Sirs/Madams,
As you'll see thousands of people from around the world are appalled that your country allows hunting of endangered species like the elephant.
Your short term goal is the money you receive from the hunters but know you would make more money by the tourism industry by people coming to see these beautiful animals, & by you allowing hunts like this you are infact turning away thousands of tourists who are against your practices.
We implore you to for the sake of elephants & all the beautiful animals to stop allowing such hunts to take part in your country & rather open your country to the tourism industry & educate people in conservation.
We all live on this earth but it doesn't belong to any of us people or animals we all live here together & there is no justification in the slaughter of elephants & other animals.
Please do the right thing, encourage tourism, encourage education of conservation & BAN all hunting on elephants, & all the other beautiful animals that you are so fortunate to have in your country.
A response of what your plans are in regards to this petition is appreciated as the world as you see is waiting on your answer!
Thank you.
