Ask President Obama to punish by law animal cruelty shock videos!

Animal cruelty shock videos are the sickest form of Internet bullying. Animal abusers film themselves or take selfies torturing and killing animals, aparently for fun, but their most common purpose is to shock and mock animal lovers all around the world. Those sick videos or pics are easially spread over the Internet, specially in Facebook, and always turn viral. The own perpetrators who smile and show their fingers to the camera are often the ones who leave the mesage: «Share to find those crooks»! Everybody shares thinking that will help somehow, and that is how always turn viral. Laws against animal abuse are very poor and obviously not enough to reduce the amount of animal cruelty shock videos. Those are not only a crime against the animals, represent a terrible form of bullying against people. It makes us seriously upset and we don´t suffer less that animals when against our will those horrible pics appear in our Facebook feeds.
We need laws against this form of Internet Bullying so we may protect us and animals. If an animal abuser appears in a video or photo smiling or notoriously happy along with a tortured animal, he shall be acused not only of animal cruelty, as also with animal cruelty shock crime, which will mean a second felony in adition to the basic of animal cruelty crime, which is not punished severly enough.
Lets urge President Obama to make America the first country going properly against animal cruelty shock crimes.
