Sign the petition telling the Sutter Animal Services Authority (SASA) to get the construction contract signed for the replacement shelter. SASA voted to award the contract on Aug 27, 2012 but it is still not signed. The contractor's bid expires Oct 23, 2012. We can't afford to miss the deadline.

We hereby petition the SASA board to do everything possible to resolve your differences and complete the necessary contract documents to begin the building of the new Animal Shelter immediately.
