Russia really needs animal care laws, Mr. Putin!!!

Russia doesn´t seem to have any animal care laws at all, a Cattery called Murmulet even sells Servals and Caracals, Sphynx Cats (hairless) are often tattooed in Russia, too, and these are only 2 examples of unbearable conditions for animals in Russia, this has to change NOW!!!
