Demand that animals be protected

Lincoln County GA desperately needs an animal shelter to provide a safe haven for unwanted, abandoned and abused animals. In addition we want to provide new homes for those who have lost theirs and low cost spaying and neutering for the many folks in our county who can least afford it.
