Protect the Alaskan Sea Otter

Bill HR 2714 would allow the transport, purchase, and sale of pelts of the Alaskan Sea Otter. This is particularly troubling because the International Union for Conservation of Nature still lists the Alaskan Sea Otter as an endangered species. Their population is desperately low. We need to act.
