Dear Mr. President, please change the law so that animal abusers will get the maximum penalty !!!

CHANGE THE LAW AND MAKE A GLOBAL STATEMENT SO THAT PEOPLE WHO ABUSE, TORTURE OR KILL ANIMALS WILL GET THE MAXIMUM PENALTY AND STAY BEHIND BARS !!

Dear Mr. President.

We are all world citizens and it is scary to see the cruelty against animals is growing every minute on a global level.

As the worlds leading country I would kindly ask you to set higher penalties on those who abuse, torture or kill animals.

To make a statement towards the rest of the wordl that animal abuse needs and has to be stopped.

Please change the law so that peole like Ashley Nicole Richards,will get he maximum penalty for abusing, torturing and killing animals.

PLEASE make a stand today and help the animals who are unable to speak for themselves.

No Animal deserves to be treated this way.
