PA.animal abuse laws need revisions to them.We need to revise it so abusers are really punished for what they do to our hellpless animals.Too many times abusers become repeat abusers and also this sets it up for others to become abusers because they see nothing is done to animal abusers.Help us revise our rurrent laws to crack done on these people,thank you.
