Miss Harper's ears and hind legs were cut off by monsters . She suffered from severe infections and requires extensive surgeries and a prosthetic leg . After all this girl has been through, justice has NOT been served .
Hon. Angelo A. Delligatti said that this was NOT animal cruelty and totally dismissed the case . Nobody is serving any jail time or even on probation . This is absolutely disgusting and its up to us to let the judge know how we feel about his inconsiderate , Inhumane , pathetic decision ! Let's make some noise ! Please share!!! We need as many people as possible to write or call the judge !

PROTEST IS BEING ORGANIZED FOR MASSAPEQUA LONG ISLAND ADDRESS
When we take our pets to a vet we trust and expect them to be treated and loved, not tortured. The owners of this innocent dog are also facing criminal charges of animal abuse. Please make sure they also severly pay for their part in the torture of this innocent puppy.
Reginald Smith, who pleaded guilty to removing the dog's ears and one of her back legs, could have served two years in jail. Instead, he was sentenced to a three-year conditional release and fines.We demand justice for Miss Harper who was tortured! See video below. We do not want Reginald Smith to keep his job and demand he face federal charges for this torture! We also demand he never be allowed to be near or own any animals!
