UK goverment need to act to prevent animal abuse and suffering at the hands of bad breeders. .

Anyone in the UK can become a breeder of animals. After years in rescue I have witnessed many a bad breeder and the practices they use to make money from animals in their care. We need legislation to protect these animals and to give rights of entry when commplaints are made. The breeders must be held accountable for the animals they produce. We need a proceedure where unhappy customer can make complaints and there complaints will be checked out. If things are not right then these breeders need to be closed down and and assessets they have siezed to cover care if the said animals.
