Stop these people from abusing animals now!

The footage show a group of youngsters setting a dog on fire and then running away. One resident pulls out his mobile phone and records the terrible scene. The animal can be seen running up and down in an attempt to cool off, but cannot escape, he is simply engulfed in flames. The terrified animal runs towards a wall and tries to bang himself against it, but to no avail. In the meantime, residents can be heard laughing and cheering throughout the entire scene
