Please help to urge the Lithuanian government to sentence for a maximum penalty a man who brutually executed a dog by throwing it town the bridge!

We, the undersigned
ask you to pay a special attention to this issue,
when a man brutally threw a dog down a bridge, and left it suffer 2 days until it was found and was taken care of, and his friends, who taped it, and do everything you can to help sentence these people for maximum penalty. These people deserve a proper punishment.
