demand punishment for the man that killed a cat because it entered the Jordanian parliament building

an unknown man ( possibly a member ) in the Jordanian parliament chased a cat that was wandering in the building and ended up carrying it from its tail and violently kicking it out which affected it's spinal cord and eventually killed it, please sign and help us demand justice for the poor cat
