Stop Horse Slaughter at Bravo pkg. Cowtown, Great Adventure

Gov. Chris Christi signed a bill banning horse slaughter, no transport of horses to slaughter.  Recently, Cowtown sent rodeo horses to New Holland, Pa.  Sold for slaughter.  Why was this allowed when you Mr. Governor signed a no horse slaughter bill in New Jersey?  Why is Bravo still the only horse slaughter plant open? Why is Bravo alloud to starve horses for lean meat?  That is animal abuse.
