Chunky was tortured, set on fire, fed drugs and left with a broken NECK &LEG by Dan Brown, Ryan Hollick, Jack Whiting and Owen Harper!! They need to be behind bars!! They should be in juvenile detention until they are 25 ! They changed a life that day and as a result their lives ought to change aswel - let these vile boys be made an example of!!! Stop them ever owning any living creature for the rest of their lives!!!

This petition is to bring about the change immediately needed to end the needless suffering of innocent animals at the hands of cruel individuals. You have the power to change or bring about new laws to protect the vunerable from torturous acts such as this. These vile excuses for children need to be tought a very harsh life lesson, a lesson that they are clearly not being tought at home. They need to made an example of, lest we see another James Bulger incident (those vile boys also tortured animals before moving onto poor little James) it needs to be eradicated!!! Just like sex offenders there should be a animal cruelty list where individuals are named and shamed and also people should know where they live for the safety of their own pets!! I emplore you to make these thugs be held accountable for the wrong they have done!.
