Meet Grace, a gentle 2 year old Great Dane that was discovered wondering streets in Millsap. She was found emaciated and weighed only 52 pounds while a typical breed of her age weighs normally 90 to 100 pounds. Her ribs and hips are clearly protruding through the coat, and she's got one eye missing. This is negligence in its clearest form and the owner must be charged and prosecuted immediately to the fullest extent of the law!
