Save these Dogs lives,let prisoners in Australian Jails give these dogs a chance of happiness

Many dogs are sent to get put down & are on death row as Rescue centres & dog homes are over crowded.These dogs don't have a chance at happy lives,I'd like for the government to allow in low security prisons to be allowed to save these dogs & give them the love & happiness they deserve,it works both ways the dogs get a home & the prisoners get a chance to be responsible & help reform them so they don't reoffend.This programme is successful in America & I would like it to be introduced here,please don't let these dogs lose there lives.
