UPDATE! Debi has pushed for and got a bench warrant issued for Randy. A bench warrant is for missing a court date NOT because he is a criminal like Debi and her friends are insisting. Randy had no one to care for his hounds, could not afford the plane ticket or hotel to go to the court date and Debi was WELL aware of this.
Debi Day, the President of the No Kill Nation is trying to jail Randy Decarlo. His no kill rescue was shut down because of Ms Day. Now she intends on jailing him speaking his mind. This would put the 20 SENIOR hounds he kept from his rescue in a high kill shelter. Randy is also disabled and has Crohns disease. Debi openly admits his hounds will die because of her actions. This is NOT ok, this NEEDS to stop! Tell Debi, her lawyer AND the judge this has gone too far! This is a matter of FREEDOM OF SPEECH.
A note: The first lawsuit Debi filed against Randy she won, by default. Meaning he could not afford a lawyer and was not able to fly across state to attend a frivolous suit. Also, there are others Debi has sued, not just Randy ;)
