Remove video of dog being blowtorched (VERY GRAPHIC and SICKENING)

This petition is closed because there should be a petition instead seeking arrest of this woman.  The video should stay available in case authorities need it for evidence but be warned!  It is GRAPHIC and DISTURBING!
