Say No to Ginesy' law proposition against wolf !!!
Repeal law proposition, from September 21, filed by Mr C. A. Ginesy.

Wolf "Proliferation" - authorization to kill an andengered specie for breeders...!? The open door to poaching and wolf eradication !!
Following the law proposition of M C.A. Ginesy, filed on September 21, we, French and Europeans citizens, we ask that this proposal be immediately repealed by the National Assembly which we delegate the power to choose what is the best for citizens, in consultation with citizens, and who should always act for the interests of the people of France and Europe and not for a minority, who look after interests - most of the time - of some lobbying or personal interests.
Considering that farmers already have all the means at their disposal - financial and material - to protect their herd of predation by wolves or other predators and, as our European neighbours, Italians, Germans, Polish, are working pretty good with the same aids, and this, under the same conditions, even sometimes, much less favourable, without using firing to kill.
Whereas that shooting to kill rule for any situation, will open the door to a mas killing and poaching act, also that this bad option will exacerbate conflicts, putting at risk, for sure, the very small wolf population in our territory.
Considering that breeders have no legitimacy - like hunters - to shoot to kill a specie protected by the Bern Convention and habitat directive, as it should be like in a simple common sense - which appears to be missing to M Ginesy - to recognise the essential presence of the Wolf in our territory to preserve the balance of fauna and flora, wich are very fragile, already.
Considering that this law is an open door to the wolf hunt and will legitimate poaching, openly advocated by French deputies or senators, in our media, french assembly and in the one of Europe.
Considering that this will exacerbate the persecution suffered by wolves and will worsen, seriously, the tensions between the various actors of the environment.
Whereas M Ginesy doesn't have to decide for all of the French and European citizens, or that he is not a specialist of the environmental issue and, less still, about wolf, that in the reading law, evidence in words prove that he does not pay attention to this specie nor much respect to the well-said population.
Considering that Agroparc has developed a new process - tested currently in France since a month - that this process will be in operation, during the year 2013, and, as winter approached, herds will be, soon, returne in their stable.

Whereas it is a serious infringement of all of biodiversity and much more, impairment of European law, French law, directly, a breach of respect for life and, an indirect threat against the French citizens and future generations,
We, French and european citizens, equal in duties and in rights, we raise vigorously against this new approach to legalize the destruction of the wolf population – better say, the open door to wolf eradication - and we urge you to act and make this proposal to be repeal as soon as possible.
This is unacceptable and we cannot accept it. We also need to refer about this to the European Department of the Environment, and as well, to the concerned persons.
In this domain, anarchy must be cease and the French Government must meet its commitments but, more, through the Ministry of the environment, apply to do everything possible to halt the abuse on the new scapegoat of the hunting and agricultural lobbies.
The past is here, for us all, to remember our mistakes ; and our present should be already, the framework law in order to enable the coexistence between predators and human activities, so that either maintain a healthy biodiversity, for our near collective future and the one of next generations.
