Demand . Stop massacre of Stray Dogs from Kerala State - India

Every day hundreds of Stray Dogs are caught and poisoned to death by employees of Kerala State Government.
Health Authorities are apprehensive that some of them maybe sick / affected by fatal virus disease.
Authorities neglect, avoid to prevent the disease and treat the sick ones.
The option to catch all of them and kill all of them is uncivilized, inhuman and merciless.
