Send Harvey home

Village has declared my dog vicious over a single non severe bite to another dog. He has shown no hystory or ever bitten in his last 6.5 years. It was a dog fight not an attack with the other dogs owner punching yelling and pulling a knife. This finding goes against state and county rules.
