NYC should care for Animals in the Shelters in the 5 Boroughs

Because they have the Voice for Animal who can't speak out for themselves.  Too many Animals are being killed    .I feel the people can implement a resolution within the shelters to resolve the over crowding they claim as to why they are Euthanizing all animals.  Let in some of the Rescue groups so the thay can triage some of the animals that need to humainly be PTS.  We know that animal will die eventually but monitoring thdes situation might take the worrying and the pressure off the public knowing that are animals are truly cared for.   Better Vetting , better hygene, better grooming to photograph a before and after photos, behaviorest, groomers. Students studying Veternarian (Junior and Senior Student.  Better shelter Conditions and Educated Staff.  Amen!  BarbieCaresinNewJersey.... :)
