The New York City Department of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP) has been the neighbor from hell for upstate New York communities located in the city's watershed. The NYCDEP allows intoxicated hunters to use their lands to maim, mutilate, and kill wildlife, then leave the mess, including garbage and human waste, to pollute the watershed communities. Since the NYCDEP has not responded to these concerns after years of complaints, it's time to end hunting on watershed lands.
