PENALTIES TO MAKE HUNTERS PAY & STOPPING ENDANGERED AND VULNERABLE SPECIES FROM BEING HUNTED

Killing of any endangered animal, or those on the brink of becoming an endangered species, for trophy hunting is a crime against all humanity due to the risk and increased potential of the species becoming extinct. Sadly, animal loses its life for the enjoyment and satisfaction of one individual. Not only is that animal's life lost, but many, as future generations are also killed in cold blood!
Trophy hunting does not help conservation as it diminishes gene pools and numbers, resulting in endangered species, leading to extinction.
Trophy hunting of endangered species or animals classified as a "vunerable" species is a "Rich man's" blood sport, which is also an expensive hobby.
THIS PETITION CALLS FOR:
NO HUNTING ALLOWED AT ALL OF ANY ENDANGERED OR "VULNERABLE" SPECIES
STRICTER PENALTIES FOR HUNTING ENDANGERED SPECIES
STRICTER PENALTIES FOR ILLEGAL POACHING
RECOMMENDATIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
All trophy hunters when caught hunting endangered species should have:
- ALL assets seized immediately and publically auctioned off and
- All hunting licenses revoked and banned for life and
- Banned from international travel and
- minimum 1 million dollar fine and
- Tried in both courts - home country and foreign: Expedition to stand court in country where crime was committed with sentencing to be served in foreign country.
Funds from auction and fines to be used to protect endangered species, train more conservation officers, and preserve habitat.

If caught hunting any species illegally or is a repeat offence of hunting an endangered species, even by association, then:
- all assets seized and sold- proceeds given to preserve wildlife and endangered species and
- Tried in both courts- home and foreign country: Expedition and min 25 years imprisonment in jail of country where crime was committed with no pardon and no parole and
- 25% of all felon's yearly gross earnings donated to protecting endangered species for life
- If the hunted species becomes extinct while felon is imprisoned, then life sentence for entire life or death sentence.
