Stop The Murder of Mountain Lions in South Dakota!

Every year in South Dakota the state complains about the "out of control" deer population. It is true hundreds of deer invade cities and destroy gardens and are often the cause of hundreds of car accidents each year, or they are killed by cars and left as a nasty eyesore on streets. Deer's come into yards and nasty confrontations with pets is inevitable.

They come into stores and will attack people and pets if cornered. Why are there so many deer in the cities of South Dakota each year?

Because the ridiculous state has a mountain lion season!
Each year, trigger happy hunters go out to murder beautiful mountain lions. Pregnant females are murdered, leaving unborn babies. Young mothers are murdered leaving tiny kittens to freeze, starve or killed by predators. Kittens as young as two months old are also murdered. And killing them if they get in town? NOT acceptable either! What about tranquilizer darts? Tranquilize them and take them back to the wild. Point, stop killing their natural predators and the deer will be thinned out. Guaranteed. And so, this petition demands; LEAVE MOUNTAIN LIONS AL0NE! They have a right to live too. Stop and think for crying out loud! Want a burger? Try Burger King!
