Demand justice for Innocent and tortured animals

If your fed up with innocent animals being beating and mistreated not being cared for in the way they should be. Also losing a lost dog and finding your pet at an animal shelter with no life left in them is a big heart breaker and there is something that needs to be done about this problem. Animals have rights and I'm hoping that this petition would help get these rights stronger and show some type of wareness in the people that animals feel physically and emotionally  too.
