San Bernardino City Shelter should be changed to a no-kill shelter!!!

The San Bernardino City Shelter´s a kill shelter where countless adoptable pets are killed every year, it´s high time to change it to a no-kill shelter NOW, too many adoptable and adorable pets have already been put down for no reason!!!
