To All Concerned Members of the Community,
We need your help. Please sign your name below if you are concerned about our local government leaders and representatives failing to enforce our laws. By signing below, we are asking you to support our collective request to the City of Spokane Valley, Washington to enforce our state and local laws by doing the following:
Classify “Lingerie XXX Espresso” as a “live entertainment establishment” as that term is defined in the City of Spokane Valley Municipal Code, Section 5.10.010 et seq. (hereinafter referred to as the “SVMC”). Furthermore, it is the express intent of this petition and those whose names are set forth below to demand that the City Council, the City Attorney and Deputy City Attorneys, and any applicable Code Enforcement Department for the City of Spokane Valley, Washington enforce the provisions of SVMC Sections 05.10.020, 05.10.040 and 19.80.030 by: (1) shutting down Lingerie XXX Espresso as an unlicensed live adult entertainment establishment; (2) requiring it to relocate to a location that would qualify under SVMC Section 19.08.030; or (3) require it to cease the “live adult entertainment” aspect of its business practices.
