Demand to stop cruelty death & help eliminate the cruel treatment of stray dogs/cats in Malaysia !

Animal beings got the will live on this earth too, earth primarily belongs to animal kingdoms. It's we, human beings that disrupted and taking away the place that belongs to animals. If we explore all the place, where will those animals goes ?

Thus, we as human, must act protectively towards animals to save and keep them safe. The animal laws in our country, Malaysia isn't strong enough, why ?
It's due to the misleading acts by upper powers that pays less, or even no attention towards animals. All they want is to destroy those animals, especially stray dogs/cats. Why cant's they just set a budget and starts neuter programs to decreases further unwanted population ?
This problem won't be settle down by an act of individual only. We need cooperation from upper power, especially and mainly our government to help us.
