What people do not know, are many of the hideous cruel realities and facts. No one needs to look far to find the truth, if they care enough to expose the daily accepted crimes.

How nice it is to sit down to a family meal, especially at holidays and party with happy smiles. The only party these voiceless have, are the endless struggles of survival and some do not even have this struggle: born to die, are the voiceless... YES IT IS TRUE, this includes all species including humans.

Yes, did you know this? (Even albino of all species are being hunted for their body parts.  With human slaughters they are captured and their arms, legs, etc, are being 'harvested,' because 'consumers,' are told lies.)

There is no greater destruction and weapons of mass destruction, than the apathy of man and the greatest causes of our destruction of this world has a reality that has initiated from a single thought in the human mind. Change the mindset, change the world.

There are less hideous ways to kill, but people choose to kill in the most hideous ways inducing unimaginable suffering and agonizing death. They should not kill or contribute to killing at all.

ALL animals feel pain, discomfort, emotions... mentally, physically, emotionally, socially. In our ignorance we have been told lies long before we all were born.

I hope this video reminds you how majestic and precious life is and an example of just one of the species we may loose from the wild mainly due to human activities.

I hope this video and this petition will motivate you, inspire you and plants the seed of hope of hope to save as many lives as possible...one...by one... one if necessary.   I hope Care2 will grant us additional new sets of butterflies to rescue horses and so very many other animals from the slaughter houses, especially the animals stolen from the wild, such as the wild horses in America and from all over the world.

We have all probably seen or read about so much abuse and calls for help. On Care2 news and all over the world we see so many forms of injustices and slaughter that we feel so helpless to prevent or rescue the lives being lost. To make us more concerned and anguished, we are aware that it is a well known fact that abusive people who harm animals can often lead onto abusing humans and worse. Animals have NO United Nations International Animal Rights or hardly any rights for animal welfare at all. Animals are viewed as less valuable as property...less than rubbish.

Did you all know that humans have taken thousands upon thousands of years to bring about the United Nations Human Rights: we have 30 human rights?

It probably took them that long because, they were fighting against this.

Who?

The abusers who wish to profit from their pound of flesh and blood, in every sense of the meanings, they have NO concerns for the consequences of their actions.

I think this applies to animals. If there was such a thing as United Nations Animal Rights, the abusers will have a harder job getting their pound of flesh worth & profiting from others less able to fend for themselves.

We all are like a link in a chain, to bring about change for U.N human rights. Think how many links in all those thousands of year there are... untold numbers. The humans got their rights first, because I think humans over all probably put themselves first.

Those links in the chains have their individual untold stories and struggles to bring about change. They never gave up hoping and striving... and being the change...until the change has arrived. 30 UNITED NATIONS HUMAN RIGHTS ARE IN EXISTENCE TODAY BECAUSE THOSE THAT CARED ... NEVER GAVE UP.

SO those who fight for the rights of animals must never give up either!

One day, I hope and strive for that special day where there will be 30 UNITED NATIONS ANIMAL RIGHTS EQUAL OR MORE POWERFUL THAN THAT OF HUMANS.

WHY?

Because animals cannot defend for themselves, they are all endangered as individuals and perhaps in time all endangered as a species.   Any existing animals rights are abused so extensively and even wild animals are viewed as property. They were born free, but if captured by humans they sadly die enslaved, TORTURED and many sent to slaughter houses. There should be help for these wild and domesticated animals like the wild horse of Nevada or the animals stolen from the forests to be sold as meat products.

Did you know that that all animals and living beings, stay alive for a set period of time even though you chop off their heads?!!! In some species they stay live for many hours! Then they are being sold by big whole sale shops. Do you dare find out about which species I am talking about, or will you too pass this by?

Many animals are slaughtered and prepared knowing they are fully alert and alive. How can we let this happen?

Humans are the most destructive species on the planet, at the same time people are able to show great compassion: we learn from early ages that we have a choice. The things we think, the actions we take, the things we say, the consequences of our actions on any planet humans choose to visit.... it all has started some where. We may not have anticipated the wanted or unwanted consequences.

Where?

In the mind. If we ALL change the mindset, collectively we can change the world.

We can not save the world on our own, but if we save a life, we give the world back to them. In doing so, we have the world because I believe humans cannot exist without animals.

Never give up hope, because there is no sound like the sound of extinctions."

With the new set of butterfly points, we can go on to contributing to rescuing animals from the slaughter houses and give them a second chance they deserve. I know we cannot change laws over night, nor can we wait for those precious lives that hang on to life so precariously at the hands of man-most-unkind.

Just imagine that IF Care2 was able to find a way forward and provide additional set of Butterfly Credit exchange options to rescue animals from slaughters. Just imagine the horses rescued via Butterfly options. Also remembering the most abused animal in the world, like the chickens and turkeys and the animals born to be experiemented on being rescued... just imagine, all this by donating your butterfly points and your time into doing your best to make ALL this happen.

At least a little of the sadness can be changed into constructive hope and help saving lives each time! WOW. Awesome thought.

Cloud was rounded up for the third time in September of 2009 despite an enormous public outcry. Cloud and his band were released two days after they were captured but Cloud's grandchildren and his daughter were removed along with more than 50 others, leaving the herd at only 125 horses. Cloud is now back in the wild & we continue our work to preserve what wild horses value most- their freedom and their families. In their minds, they think that if a person is for animal rights, that he or she must therefore be (largely) against human rights. The term animal rights is correct of course, but I have found the term animal wrongs to be much more helpful in talking with people about various animal-related issues. FARMINGTON, MO (KFVS) - Hundreds of animals need your help to fix a $25,000 problem. The Farmington No-Kill Pet Adoption Center has a bad septic tank, and says the health department will shut them down if it's not replaced.

If the system isn't replaced, the animals may have no where to go. They need help and they need it fast, the deadline for action is December 26.

"We were given a 30 day window," said Beth Haase of the Board of Directors. "The Health Department has been trying to work with us. This is just one of many of our problems. I'm looking for Santas."

Many of the pets taken in by the shelter would have no chance in other facilities.

"One of our big problems," said Haase. "We need the whole community to get involved."

"If just a bunch of people would donate five dollars," said Jayne Wibbels. "They wouldn't even feel it but we would feel it immensely."

The thrift store helps them make due, but they need money to roll in. They are looking at about $35,000 in other repairs in addition to the new system. Volunteers are hopeful.

"We're not going anywhere," said Gary Jones. "We are going to stay here to help these animals."

They say they could get an extension on that December 26 date if at least a plan is in place. If they have to close, directors will do their best to get the animals into other facilities.

We the undersigned WISH TO THANK YOU Randy and Care2.com and Care2 community to make this fantastic new option for saving lives from the Euthansia (killing) list, possible and for the freedom in expressing our views and wishes and our compassion for the things we all deeply care about.

Dear Mr. Payner & the Care2 Management team.

Re - additional Butterfly credits

As you may have noticed by now, a number of new petitions regarding the above have appeared on the Care2 web site. All these petitions relate to Care2 members wanting a choice to be able to redeem their butterfly credits to further help animals & the environment.

We (the members) are most grateful and thankful for the existing redeemable gifts available. They are an important part of why Care2 is so popular, there are are not many sites offering help in this way without asking members for cash donations. The Care2 site is a very unique and successful way of helping those less fortunate than ourselves. However, Care2 members would like the opportunity to help other causes, such as charities and organizations that can actually help save a life.

For example, a new Care2 gift scheme to help animal shelters by way of paying for adoption fees; many dogs & cats are euthanized due to lack of funds, which is terribly sad. This is obviously very distressing for Care2 members, who more often than not, will set about trying to raise funds to save those who have only days or hours left to become adopted.

Here are some of the ideas at the bottom of the page, which Care2 members would like to redeem their credits for, you have probably noted them from new petitions; which are up and running:-

Care2 members could help with all the above by donating their credits, which hopefully Care2 could exchange, in whatever way possible, to help Charities and Welfare Organization cover some of the costs involved with the above, i.e.

Poverty, homeless people, abused animals & people...

The running cost & maintenance of rescue vehicles & boats etc.

Bandages, theatre equipment, drugs etc

Animal crates, food, catch poles, leads, collars, halters, nets

Clothes, blankets, furniture, a bed for the night,

Groceries, toiletries, toys, helping the aged...

Although I do not know who or how the sponsors help but it is already possible to exchange credits to buy a shelter dog a toy; wouldn it be wonderful if those sponsors where able to help buy medicines or other life saving equipment to actually save a shelter dogs life!

Care2 has already shown that earning credits is a simple yet very effective way in which all members can directly help. If it were possible, the new options would certainly make us (the members) feel more empowered. Members will be more inclined to raise credits if they know by doing so; they will be helping those most desperately in need, perhaps organizations which members already support but want to give more.

Of course, we (the members) understand that setting up any new credit option must require a lot of time, research and effort from Care2. It must also be quite daunting trying to find willing sponsors who can also help. But all we (the members) ask is that you consider some of the ideas put forward for new credits and if at all feasible, make some or all of them available in the near future.

We can not undo the insurmountable damage that the human population has caused to our wonderful planet and its animals. But, we can try along with Care2, to help put right some of the wrongs caused by mankind. If we could actually save the life of just one animal through credits alone, imagine what sort of publicity the Care2 site would get through the media.

I am sure you must have noticed that many of the new petitions up and running have already gained momentum in signatures, faster than I imagined. Some have even surpassed the target goal for signatures but members just keep on signing; which clearly goes to show that Care2 members are really serious in the hopes of getting some or all of these new credit schemes, up and running in the near future.

I apologies for sending you the petitions in this format, as it is the only way I know how and never done petition work personally before.

However, by sending them this way, you will be able to see comments and news left by Care2 members along with other ideas on these petition sites. And of course you will be able to peruse all of the above at your own leisure. If you think any ideas could in any way shape or form become viable as credits; show them to the appropriate bodies of the Care2 Management team.

May I take this opportunity to thank you and all the staff at Care2, for all the hard work that has been put into making Care2 and it's a community the wonderful, caring site that it is. I look forward to receiving any comments or thoughts you may have regarding these ideas.
