The wolf is threatened with extinction! We have to act now before it's to late!! The slaughter have to stop!
The situation for the Norwegian wolf population is terrible critical. There are 25 to 30 wolves in Norway, and they are allowed to feed only three litters a year.
But the wolf don't feed more the one litter a year. (A litter is the offspring at one birth of animals from the same mother and usually from one set of parents)
Despite that the Norwegian wolves don't reproduce in line with policy decisions, it was established felling licenses of 12 wolves in the winter of 2012.
General of WWF-Norway says that the way the Norwegian authorities relate to the wolf, shows that it is high time for a joint management of carnivores in the Nordic countries.
Between 1840 to 1970, according to Statistics Norway launched around 6,400 wolves. Today we only have around 25 wolves in Norway... and still the hunting continues...
