This excuse for a human posted an heinous photo and thought it was a joke. He needs to be arrested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of California laws.

This Martinez guy, as others who engage in this kind of activity, need to be held to a standard that dignify's all animals. To let him get away with this offensive post only encorages others to do the same. Were that I lived in southern ca.
