Ask Lithuanian government to close Kaunas ZOO

This is probably the most horrible zoo all over the world. Animals are kept in the cages that are too small for them, they are short of food and fresh water. Couple of years ago, polar bear Kaspar (see the picture) was left to die without any medical care. ZOO has no funds to keep animals in good, or at least average conditions.
