PETITION FOR SHENANGO VALLEY ANIMAL SHELTER EMPLOYEE
JUSTICE FOR DRYFUS
TARGET: RESIGNATION OF KATHY WHITEMAN
On August 1st, 2007,the Shenango Valley Animal Shelter (which we NEVER had a promblem with EVER!) We have a female Mixed Chow, whom was in heat. Our other two dogs (dryfus and Bronx) were male breeder dogs and did what normal dogs do. They got into a fight, which only lasted a min. or so. I called 911 to see if the police could stun one of the dogs. 911 said to tell the police that. I put my dog Bronx in the house and before I could put dryfus in the house, Kathy Whiteman said Dryfus was a dangerous dog. My b/f George was fishing at lake Erie. Kathy Whiteman yelled at me on Aug. 3rd , 2007 that she was going to GAS our dog! I begged her to let us keep him and she said that we would get a $1,000 fine and have to put $50,000 dog insurance on him! I called her and told her that our vet would put him to sleep,she gave us NO CHOICE! Kathy Whiteman called me on Aug 3rd,2007 and asked if my b/f George was coming home. I told her he had to put the boat away and get off of Lake Erie, and she replied that it must be nice to own a house, 3 dogs, 2 boats and have that kind of money to go fishing! I called there and she said it's probably that idiot from Erie! She said if she did not have a fax from our vet saying that our dog dryfus was put to sleep by Aug 3rd, 2007 at 4:00 p.m., she would send the police with the $1,000 fine. She said dryfus was a dangerous dog. She was cruel, mean, intimidating, and steam rolled us with the power of her job. He NEVER bit anyone, NEVER lunged at anyone, and NEVER attacked another dog. We are heartbroken, and still miss him. She also said dryfus mauled our other dog Bronx, which we have proof from our vet that this is not true. I talked to her boss Tom Tulip, from the council of goverment on Monday Aug. 7,2007 and he said they do not take dogs from any county except Mercer County. Tom Tulip said her behavior was unacceptable, but he only repremanded her for it. She could have let us know we could fight to keep our sweet, loving dog dryfus, which was our baby. We miss him terribly. It's not the same without him. Please help us to stop Kathy Whiteman from maybe taking your pet and Gassing it without informing you of your rights. IT COULD HAPPEN TO YOU IF SHE IS CALLED ON YOU ! We love our animals, just like alot of you do. Someone needs to stop the cruelty, intimidation, and the power that she thinks she has. Dryfus was a loving 5 yr. old sweet tempered child to us and our best friend and companion. We still had at least 15,16 or more yrs. with Dryfus,our oldest dog Maggie is 16, and very HEALTHY. Even if your not a dog lover, sign this petition anyway, PLEASE HAVE A HEART , Our dog Dryfus died in our arms,which was very Heartbreaking. It may be your cat, dog, rabbit, any kind of animal she may get from you and kill your companion, or loved animal too! We would like Kathy Whiteman to resign from the Shenango Valley Animal Shelter along with her co-worker. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS & DRYFUS' HEART ALSO! PLEASE HAVE A HEART AND SIGN THIS PETITION TO GET JUSTICE FOR DRYFUS AND ANY FUTURE ANIMALS SHE MAY GET HER HANDS ON. WE WOULD LIKE FOR KATHY WHITEMAN AND HER CO-WORKER TO RESIGN IMMEADIATLY!!!
We the undersigned have been heartbroken, torn apart, and we are missing a piece of our family. Kathy Whiteman totally intimidated us and frankly scared me immensley! This petition is to vindicate how we feel for Dryfus, NO it won't bring him back. But, I feel Kathy knows the dirty deeds she has done to others besides us.
