Raising the Smoking Age to 21.

There has been many chats about the smoking age. Some say lower some say higher. If smoking is WORSE for your health than drinking, than how come you only have to be 18? If we raise the age it will have less underage people smoking. Our bodies are not full grown at 18 so why start wrecking it then? Also if we raise the age it will help people while spending money.
