Revamp Children's Services in the State of Tennessee
The Tennessee Department of Children's Services is perhaps the most corrupt government organization in Tennessee. Time after time, they have failed families. Sometimes they have returned children to abusive situations, but more often they take children away from loving parents. Much of this corrpution comes from their inability to investigate a case. They target one person and refuse to look at other possibilities. Sometimes loving parents are set up by ex-spouses or people who simply don't like them. DCS does not care. They do a lot more harm than good. I encourage you to sign this petition. I will send it to several different places throughout the state of Tennessee including the media. Something needs to be done. Together we can fight the corruption of DCS in Tennessee.
The Department of Children's Services is out of control in our state. DCS is based more on quotas than trying to help those who need help. While we fully understand child abuse does occur in some homes, far too often all parents are treated as child abusers. There are numerous lawsuits throughout family courts because of the poor job DCS does. Many loving parents are falsely accused and go months, if not years without seeing their children. These people are not only emotionally destroyed but financially destroyed as well. In the meantime, the state continues to rack in money. There needs to be some serious reform in Children's Services but unfortunately our political leaders turn a blind eye because it is more about money than protecting anyone.
