Christian's Voice...
We have been asked by the attorney of Christian's father to discontinue this particular petition. We have changed a little of the wording but the truth is Christian does not want to suffer abuse anymore and wants to be home with his mother.
He spoke up finally someone heard him.. he was taken out of the abusive situation and was finally put in the care of his mom, Kimberly. Without a reason, after a month was dragged back into court and taken out of his mother's care and in Foster Care without a reason. This is an outrage!
Christian has asked for his voice to be heard! Will you help? A 15 year old can get his learners but a 15 year old can't say he is being abused and believed? Where is that justified..
We are hoping that - in the end, Cristian's voice will be heard. We are hoping the Family Court system of Bowling Green, Kentucky will look out for the best welfare of Christian. All matters directly related to this particular case - can be gleaned by a cursory search of existing public records.
This petition's goal is to bring public awareness to Christian's cry for justice. His story of abuse is public record. His mother Kimberly awaits eagerly for her son to be returned home...
It has now become a public court case now making its way through our public court system; encouraging our community's public citizenry to follow this case with great interest and cry for justice.
