Incarceration often has a negative impact on the families, especially for the children, and they struggle to cope with financial and emotional difficulties. The donations that you help to raise will go towards providing living and educational support for these children.

Inmates’ Families Support Fund
The Inmates’ Families Support Fund (IFSF) was set up in July 2008 by the Board of Visiting Justices to provide basic assistance to families, including children of inmates, to cope with the incarceration of their loved ones. The initiatives and programmes implemented by IFSF will focus on providing living and educational support for inmates’ children, as well as emotional, social and financial support for families who are in crisis as a result of the incarceration.
