FOREIGN SPECIES BE PROTECTED IN INDIA - OIPA

Double standard for animals in India, foreign species are in danger. In J&K Indian animal related laws are not effective due to special provisions under article 370. PFA HARYANA raised these points under RTI Act, 2005 before Hon'ble Speaker Lok Sabha on dated 19-10-2005 - but till date the said points are un-attended. International Organization for Animal Protection-OIPA INDIA - now demands protection cover for foreign species under the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 - & implementation of Indian animal related laws in J&K.

Founder Chairman of People for Animals (PFA) HARYANA Naresh Kadyan raised these points under RTI Act, 2005 before Hon'ble Speaker Lok Sabha on dated 19-10-2005  but till date the said points are un-attended. International Organization for Animal Protection-OIPA INDIA  now demands protection cover for foreign species under the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972  & implementation of Indian animal related laws in J&K, where as donkeys are ill treated from Katra to Mata Vaishno Devi Bhawen, it should be looked in to because these animals carrying goods / people day / night working with out rest, food and water, no proper treatment, shelter and feeding as well.
