FIXXIT NOW!

This "petition" is a campaign for UNITY among ALL of us. WE must UNITE now for the NOBLE PURPOSE to re-create ourselves into who we must become. ALL future generations, US, All Life and our sweet all-giving EARTH are depending on what we do and say NOW!!! The time is clearly upon us as the circumstance we are facing is urgent, dire and imminently poised to steer us directly into calamity, catastrophe and collapse. Greedy manners of aggression and schemes to filch wealth and power dominate the human theme as it has always done. WHEN, will we arise and finally ask the World to reckon and exchange the shallow manners of human acting for a new vision...a n ew paradigm of discourse for the Common Trust - The Domain of Public Trusts? PLEASE SPREAD THIS WORD. The main text is lengthy because it is intended as a legal document to be filed as suit. These following numbered items summarize the text so you don't have to actually read the entire document even though I encourage you to do so.
1] STOP - The overt aggression displayed and ever-escalating, now, beyond all merit and belief - everywhere;
2] STOP - The fear, coercion and threatening behaviors hurled into society;
3] STOP killing each other over what we "think" God wants. If it's not about Infinite Love, what is it about?
4] STOP - the killing for dominance.
5] STOP - the meaningless rhetoric about wealth and prosperity. We are clearly degrading all offerings of our limited EARTH while skinning her alive and trashing all her places.
6] STOP - The violations in the DOMAIN OF PUBLIC TRUSTS; which is: a] to protect the vital life, health, safety and welfare of the World Public and all sentient life and b] To protect all elements and offerings of our all-giving EARTH, that are clearly limited. EVERYONE "owns" and shares responsibility to the DOMAIN where there are no "free rights" of usury;
7] The virtual universal ignorance of the imminent and pressing issue of SUSTAINABILITY...that climate change is a manifestation of who we are and what WE do...requiring an immediate assessment and reckoning of what we TRULY believe;
8]"Profiteering" in the healthcare domain cannot be sustained...do you want to see True Reform? Corporate gangs need to be ousted from the camp of healing and the entire domain made non-profit..."FIXXIT NOW!"
8] We clearly must reckon the too-old and broken belief systems hacked up like a hairball in antiquity...Beyond LOVE, there is nothing to be expressed in our views of GOD...that have done nothing of real intrinsic value for the advancement of humankind...we must acknowledge that what we believe must be presented in a benevolent manner only. ALL people should have their choice...but ALL people should be allowed their freedom to choose it without fear, coercion and threats of death...the dominant manner exhibited upon the World arena only sets us against ourselves and denies too many access to Creative experience of their own choosing. We must STOP the killing and FIXXIT NOW!
9] TIRED OF SHOUTING AT THE TeeVeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee?
WE must unite, NOW, and ask the World to just....STOP!! We need to FIXXIT NOW!
NOTE: The language expressed below is somewhat lengthy. Some elements are repetitive for the purpose of being precise...Asking for a total Re-creation of our age-old unevaluated manners of acting...giving rise to the degradation and destruction evident virtually everywhere, cannot be said in a "sound-byte"...Please be patient.      WE, the undersigned concerned citizens of EARTH, burdened with a reverent disdain for the place, manner and style of the current condition of Human Acting and its subsequent cumulative effects upon the condition of EARTH and, moreover, the glaringly apparent deleterious effects upon any hope for a SUSTAINABLE FUTURE, hereby bring forward to advance this GOOD CAUSE among us, toward acknowledgment, recognition, action and a vital reckoning; through a kindred, benevolent, reverent, wise and dignified resolution to FIXXIT NOW!:
     Coming forward now, as citizens in good standing and of good character, and substance, responsible to and in the places of our dwelling, endeavor, manner and style of life; we arise, burdened with reverent respectful concern for the DOMAIN OF PUBLIC TRUSTS...for the Welfare of ALL LIFE and ALL PEOPLE everywhere in their multitudes of styles and manners of sublime life and, moreover, for ALL THE PLACES, lands of all their kinds, ecosystems, biotic communities, resources, offerings, atmospheres and waters of EARTH;
     Furthermore, by our charge and being wholly incumbent upon us, we say now:
A] Arising from clear points of NATURAL LAW; the life, health, safety and welfare of the World Public and All sentient life is severely degraded, diminished and otherwise deposed and, therefore unprotected at any vital or essential level as provided for by NATURAL PROPRIETARY LAW, arising from the obtrusive proclivity of humankind to express its centric beliefs and styles of wealth extraction and domination schemes delivered as irrefutable findings of facts and manifested as;
1] A morass of sententious/religious principles, affronting vital freedom and appearing profoundly evident. Contrived in antiquity and blatantly applied upon us throughout the entire concourse of all human history, never questioned or evaluated for substantive merit in the World Value Arena toward a holistic and meaningful understanding of their meaningful purpose, the belief systems have only served to set us against ourselves...and must STOP! - FIXXIT NOW!;
2] The insatiable thirst and instinctual behaviors pushed by primal urges for power, domination and stature that has only served to set us against ourselves...and must STOP! - FIXXIT NOW!;
3] The ever-escalating despicable scuffle to seize, extract and otherwise obtain material substance as wealth, from each other and our all-giving EARTH, has only served to set us against ourselves...and must STOP! -FIXXIT NOW!;
AND, MOREOVER, EXPRESSED AS:
1] Unwavering and obtuse male dominated corporeal aggression that has only served to set us against ourselves...and must STOP! - FIXXIT NOW!;
2] Universally misperceived wealth extraction behaviors, seizure strategies, "business" schemes, "Empire" building and land "development" schemes - applied under false and reckless claims of singular "rightful purpose" - without reverence for the total and cumulative effects upon society and EARTH:
3] Universally contrived and malignant - male dominated - "dark" morality constructs claiming special legion with and favor of a vindictive, vengeful, judgmental, prejudicial, wrathful and bi-polar creator-destroyer god that has clearly set us against ourselves, continues unabated, unquestioned or unevaluated for substantive merit, underlies ALL manners of motivation exhibited by a juvenile humanity interested only in "centric glory" for the express purpose to; dominate the masses, control the World, steal vital creative freedom and subjugate the children of EARTH without reverence for the FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT OF ALL HUMANS AND SENTIENT LIFE TO LIVE FREE IN RESPONSIBLE LIBERTY...and must STOP! - FIXXIT NOW!;
AND, furthermore, implemented, asserted and otherwise exerted through:
1] Mechanisms of fear, coercion, condemnation, wrath, judgment, prejudice and indignation...only serving to set us against ourselves and must STOP! - FIXXIT NOW!;
2] Tools and implements of mass destruction, weapons and despoliation - the first inventions and primary offering of concentrated creativity...guised as "technology" and presented as "good for community"; "good for our security"; "good for preserving our way of life"; and only serving to set us against ourselves...FIXXIT NOW!;
3] Ruses of "free rights" cheat and scam to filch wealth, power, domination and stature, against all proprietary mandates of Responsible Liberty and seen as "just business"...setting us against ourselves as crooks on Wall Street to Main Street...and must STOP! -FIXXIT NOW!;
4] Implements of lies, deceit, avarice and unbridled coveting to "grab the brass ring";
5] Contrived and engineered - through human malpractice - morose and austere and fearful centric belief systems standing opposed to the plainly evident Universal Founding Premise...LOVE...resulting in overtly degenerative prejudice, suspiciousness, bigotry and servitude for the express purpose to dominate, subjugate and emasculate...only serving to set us against ourselves and must STOP! -FIXXIT NOW!;
B] That the ONLY FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT OF ALL HUMANS and sentient life, to LIVE FREE in Responsible Liberty, is negated, deposed, diminished and otherwise confounded, constrained, corrupted and confined by these findings of facts and glaringly evident TRUTHS that are plainly evident upon the human act and plainly exhibited upon the World stage...and must STOP! - FIXXIT NOW!;
C] That our all-giving EARTH, the place belonging to ALL of us, is in fact;
1] A closed system representing a clearly FINITE OFFERING that is currently being consumed at a 20% annual deficit and that exists for ALL of us equally,  meaning, then, that no single person, group or entity has any "free right" of usury against the "cost" to the total system...demanding now, an Earth-based Economy for Balance with Nature...TRUE SUSTAINABILITY;
2] Now stressed beyond Sustainable limits by the presence of over population and unbalanced resource extraction; by 2080 we'll need TWO EARTHS to sustain us;
3] Now forgotten and manifesting the alarming symptoms of our reckless irresponsibility...and must STOP! - FIXXIT NOW!;
4] Now demanding a supreme prioritization and urgent vigilance in a reverent and re-created cause of responsible keeping and stewardship;
5] Requiring immediate attention toward a World-wide Land Use Resource Performance Assessment, the sole purpose of which is to determine; Consumer-resource SUSTAINABLE BALANCE and WORLD POPULATION BALANCE....we must FIXXIT NOW!;
D] That the dominating manner of "HUMAN ACTING" requires:
1] Immediate study, contemplation, acknowledgment, recognition and reckoning. The findings of facts clearly demonstrate opposition to the fundamental right of proprietary responsible liberty for ALL Humanity, especially the still-too-many-many among us living in oppression, servitude and fear under reckless despots, theocratic thuggery, rulers and juntas of all their kinds...without voice, access to a free and creative experience, sustenance, education, opportunity, Truth, Justice and LOVE as given upon their arising to all creative experience and against the corruptions, calamity and catastrophe of collapse; for Common Truth, Common Purpose, Common Aide, Common Trust and Common Destiny; for ALL future generations; where we must NOW arise in UNITY to release ourselves from the stranglehold of the irreverent rulers by casting shame, scorn, disdain and repudiation upon them, the stooges of all their moronic kinds...FIXXIT NOW!;
2] That ALL sentient life, in all their sublime multitudes of kinds, types, styles and manners of life; in all their places to be found...be protected, preserved, respected, conserved and be allowed their dignity and to live free of pain, suffering and disrespect in their manner of giving;
3] That our reformation and re-creation through principles of: Acceptance, Tolerance, Respect, Reverence, Benevolence, Dignity, Altruism, Ethics, Kindredship, Philanthropy and, yes, INFINITE LOVE, be holistically and completely intended toward SUSTAINABILITY OF HUMANITY, ALL LIFE and EARTH...THROUGH BALANCE FOR ALL FUTURE GENERATIONS.
     Whereas, we, the undersigned Brave, NOBLE and Resolute citizens of EARTH, do solemnly, reverently and respectfully attest:
 1] To stand now in UNITY against all meaningless leadership of meager forbearance;
2] To repudiate the manners set within and upon us...applied; unwittingly, unconsciously, irresponsibly and with malice of forthought, malfeasance and deliberate malpractice;
3] To bring this instrument of motion, by petition, to these proceedings; 4] To bear and charge upon the TRUSTEES of the DOMAIN OF PUBLIC TRUSTS, on this PUBLIC TABLE; with due diligence, adherence and resolve to this table; long overdue and, now, in severe criminal neglect, standing and reckless endangerment;
     Whereas, a Vital Reckoning of the MANIFESTLY CODED NATURAL LAW OF THE PUBLIC TRUSTS DOMAIN, shall now be realized and Responsible Governance by the People and FOR the People shall henceforth be enjoined for ALL citizens of EARTH:
